Aji Colorado Chile Peppers Seeds(Capiscum baccatum), sweet peppers
A Peruvian specialty, this brilliant scarlet, mildly hot and spicy chile is used to make sauces, pastes and vinegars that liven up savory dishes. Short, sprawling plants bear 3-5 inches long peppers. Mature from green to red, can be dried to make powder or flakes.
I grow these special plants in my own Garden without pesticides. I harvest my own seeds and plant them each year. Plant your own, so that you can, save the seeds and plant them again the following year.
We have a wide variety of Heirloom Vegetable, Herb, and Flower Seeds for sale.
