We provide complimentary standard shipping on orders over $54.95! AND OVER $100 FOR LIVE PLANTS AND BULBS

Stackable Black Plastic Nursery Crate does not qualify for FREE shipping

shipping and handling charges will cover outbound freight and packaging materials. Fees are applicable to all orders, based on total order value pre-tax. Expedited services can be selected at Checkout with extra fees.

We are currently processing and shipping most orders within 5-7 business days of receipt (backorders not included), via USPS or UPS. Due to high demand during the peak months of January to May, orders may require additional time for packaging /shipment. Live plants are only shipped at certain times of the year and may be delayed due to poor weather conditions. 

We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed Saturday to Sunday are considered received on Monday. We also do not ship during company-recognized holidays

Please Make Sure Your Shipping Address is Correct

If your address was Incorrect and your order return, then you are held responsible. Usually,the package is return to us. we will refund you for the order only. Shipping is non refundable.

We Do Not Issue phytosanitary certificate
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Any order shipped to foreign countries is shipped at the buyer's risk, as we cannot assume losses from seeds that are stopped and/or destroyed at customs offices of these countries.

TRACKING
· Most Domestic (US) packages include Online Tracking Number.
· If the tracking information showing that your item has been delivered and you didn’t receive your order, please go to your local USPS (Post Office) and take your tracking # information with you.

We always ship using Payment shipping address. Please make sure your Current address is up to date with with your payment method. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address
