Sow the seeds on the surface, but do not cover the flower seeds. Euphorbia seeds can be started indoors 6 - 8 weeks before the end of frost season and then transplanted outdoors. Or, once soil temperatures have warmed, the seeds can be started directly outdoors in a prepared seedbed.
