Our seeds/bulbs are guaranteed to be fresh but are NOT guaranteed as to results. Sorry, but there are too many variables in gardening that can impact germination. Flower seeds/bulbs are a live organism. Their germination depends on many factor including heat, cooling, sun, shade, moisture, time of sowing, etc. None of these things We can control so We can not be held responsible for them. So please do not ask for a refund, replacement or to return unused seeds/bulbs.

MIght be the correct one

My plants arrived wrapped in a wet paper towel and then in platic wrap. I live where it's very hot. I was surprised that they were only a tiny bit wilted. They perked right up when I put them in fresh soil and put them outside. I'm not sure they are the exact ones I ordered due to the color of the leaves. I had one before and the leaves were a solid green. These are bicolored green and yellow. I guess I'll find out when they bloom about a year from now. lol.. My packing list showed a picture of the ones I wanted, so I have hope. Regardless, I'm sure I'll like whatver flower blooms. Thanks for sending me these healthy babies. I promise to give them lots of love.

Terrible quality, even worse customer service

My plants arrived dead. The roots were all black and mushy from root rot. I have tried to contact them several times to fix the issue but I have gotten no response. I do however keep getting emailed to review their products so here we are….

3 bulbs arrived not viable

Very poor quality. Not guaranteed. No surprise. Do not recommend ordering from this company.

Slow

I was advised I would receive my package within a few days. It took two weeks (with messages that they were at different facilities). I don’t know if the root bulbs I received are still any good or not. I guess I’ll find out if they grow or not…
Ordering was easy enough.
