Salad Green Mix~Mild and Wild Brassica Mix~Organic Vegetable !
This is a delicious, and colorful, cut-and-come-again mix of both mild and Wild greens; when the tender young growth reaches 6 inches high, cut it back to about 1 inch. Use for salads or stir fries, and in about 3 weeks the plants will be ready to harvest again.
Each planting can be harvested 2 or 3 times. Stagger the plantings, and ensure a constant supply of tasty, tender, showy, greens. Alternatively, plants can be allowed to grow to full size. Includes Tatsoi, Early Mizuna, arugula, mizuna, tatsoi (a kind of bok choi), red mustard, and More. A wide diversity of shapes and colors, with nothing too hot. Quick growing, a good mix for the spring, though the milder flavors hold through the summer as well. A great combination of lacy, frilly leaves and juicy, crunchy texture. Was the winner in our winter trials; hardy and brightly colored.
Direct sow outside in early spring. Can be fall planted. Plant about 4â apart and 1/4â below soil surface. Can sow closer, then thin later. Rows should be spaced at 24â apart.
arugula, mizuna, tatsoi (a kind of bok choi), and red mustard. Itâs a zesty, peppy salad on its own, or mix with lettuce.
