I first heard Caribbean Garden through Amazon and I waited one month after which I called Amazon and they refunded. However, USPS tracking was created but the tracking never updated as I write this note. So, I decided not to give up and I went to order from the Caribbean Garden website direct. Again, USPS tracking was created but I don’t think the items were sent to the post office and the tracking number is still showing Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. I have emailed them several times never received any response, their phone number is never answered. This is not acceptable at all.
